The U.S. urban communities facilitating the 2026 World Cup are declared
Four summers from now, 48 nations will compete for the 2026 World Cup

Eleven places U.S. three are in Mexico, and two are in Canada.

Urban communities that were not selected include Cincinnati;
Denver; Edmonton, Canada; Nashville, Tenn.; Orlando, Fla.; and Baltimore.
The "original" opening match will probably take place in Los Angeles or Mexico City.
